Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use:

Clubrefers to the Programming Contest Club at University of Asia Pacific.

Memberrefers to any student or individual who has registered with the Club.

Membership and Registration

Eligibility

Membership is primarily open to students of University of Asia Pacific. Non-UAP students may participate in certain activities at the discretion of the Club leadership.

Registration Requirements

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Club Activities and Conduct

Permitted Activities

Participating in programming contests and competitions
Attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions
Collaborating on programming projects and learning activities
Using club resources for educational purposes

Code of Conduct

All members must:

Treat all members with respect and professionalism
Maintain academic integrity in all activities
Follow fair play rules during contests and competitions
Respect intellectual property rights
Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior

Prohibited Activities

Cheating or plagiarism in contests or activities
Sharing contest solutions during active competitions
Misusing club resources or facilities
Engaging in any illegal or unethical activities
Disrupting club events or activities

Intellectual Property

Club Content

All materials, resources, and content provided by the Club remain the property of the Club or its licensors. Members may use these materials for educational purposes only.

Member Contributions

By submitting code, solutions, or other content to the Club, you grant the Club a non-exclusive license to use such content for educational and promotional purposes.
